Installation Method

  • 1

    Surface Preparation

Ensure the substrate surface is clean, dry, and free from oil, dust, and loose materials.

  • 2

    Cutting & Sizing

Cut the blanket to required dimensions using a sharp knife or scissors. Allow 5-10% extra for compression.

  • 3

    Anchoring System

Install ceramic fiber anchors at recommended spacing (typically 300mm centers) for secure attachment.

  • 4

    Layer Installation

Install blanket layers with staggered joints. Ensure tight butting between adjacent pieces without gaps.

  • 5

    Sealing & Finishing

Apply ceramic fiber coating or facing material if required for hot face protection.
