Professional anchoring solutions for ceramic fiber and refractory materials
Ceramic Fiber Anchors are structural components used to connect and secure ceramic fiber products, lightweight insulating bricks, monolithic refractories, and other insulation materials to furnace metal shell walls. Different anchor structures and materials should be selected based on industrial furnace configuration, chamber temperature, and atmospheric conditions. Classification temperature range: 1050°C – 1400°C for refractory materials.
Suitable for 800°C – 1500°C applications
Various anchor types for different requirements
Rational structure design for secure anchoring
Quick and convenient mounting process
Premium grade stainless steel anchors with excellent corrosion resistance for oxidizing atmospheres and moderate temperature applications.
High strength stainless steel anchors with good corrosion resistance. Ideal for applications requiring higher mechanical strength.
High-purity alumina ceramic anchors for extreme temperature applications where metal anchors cannot be used.
